There is no option to hide the breadcrumb banner in the Opal Services or Opal Medical. I can see how to do it under Pages and Posts but this Meta option is not available under Service or Medical. For now I have hacked it with CSS but this is not an ideal solution. Attached is what I can see under Posts/Pages. I have made sure all Screen Options are visible.
All Servicer, Medical posts will use the same background breadcrumb config in customize without having a separate config in Meta Option. You can customize this config in Customize -> Layout -> Breadcrumb: https://prnt.sc/xirPHMOQ_syQ
