Theme is not combatible with php 8.1. Elementor plugin throws Fatal Error. Need help to make theme & elementor plugin work with php latest version.

1. Theme + some plugins do not support PHP 8.1 version, please use PHP 7.4 version for your website 2. We are updating the erios core plugin to be compatible with Elementor version 3.6.1, please wait a little longer.

Our server running in php 8.1 with other important apps cannot downgrade now. also for security reasons php 8 is recommended from our IT support, its difficult to downgrade without their approvals.
Can we get refund the money back since its not working?
