    Each time I tried add the required Woo Commerce the site throws an error.

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    If I remove Woo Commerce and it's dependencies I can Log back into the admin page.  however while importing the sample data it fails to upload properly with out Woo Commerce installed. I killed  all templates, plugins etc. and renamed the .htc file no luck. I reformed two more fresh installs and again always fails after the installation of Woo Commerce.

    I did some google searching Admin did not find a reference, again after deleting the Woo commerce plugins the amid Parnell functions again.

    I was able to finally get everything loaded If I left out Jet pack. It took me about 9 times to figure out what was causing the problem. Do you have any information I can read on how to get Jet Pack installed? If not I can give you FTP access as requested.

    There may be a conflict between the plugin and the JetPack plugin, so you should not use the "JetPack" plugin right now.
