"Installation Problems with Theme" (#1880720) / ThemeLexus

I've had lots of problems installing this theme. First I got errors trying to install the plugings. I got the following error for every plugin.

line 150
However, it appeared the plugings did install, so I attempted to activate them. I appears they activated and I completed the setup for woocommerce.
Then I tried to import the sample data. The video tutoral shows the import took less than a minute, however it has failed to import on my system. The wheel just spends.
I've never had so many problems with a template I've purchased from themeforest. Please help!

Hi mate, sorry for the late reply. please edit file “root\themes\wp-admin\includes\class-bulk-upgrader-skin.php” and replace code

I'm sorry, but I am no longer interested in your theme. It took you over 7 days to respond to my request for support and you only responded once I requested a refund. I just want my refund. I have no interest in trying to fix your template.
Please provide my refund.
